The gut: Multiple live strains, at a count meant to survive the journey rather than to look large on a panel.
Immune support: Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Fibre to feed them: Prebiotic fibre is what the cultures eat. A probiotic without one is a delivery with nowhere to go.

Why we made it

Most probiotics print the count at the moment of manufacture, which is not the count that reaches you. Testing at end of shelf life is a harder promise to make and the only useful one.

04How to take it

Directions: One sachet daily, stirred into cold water or a cold drink. Not into anything hot — heat kills the cultures.
Storage: Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed once opened.
Caution: A food supplement, not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of small children. Speak to your doctor first if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking prescribed medication.

05What we test for

Every batch goes to an independent laboratory before it is released, and the report is published rather than summarised. These are the three screens it covers.

Heavy metals: Lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic, screened against the strictest published limits.
Purity: Contaminants, residues and microbiology, on the finished batch rather than the raw material.
Potency: That what the label claims is what the capsule holds, verified after production.

No. The cultures are live and heat kills them. Cold water, cold juice or a cold smoothie only.
