Heart: EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, at a daily intake of 250 mg.
Brain and vision: DHA supports normal brain function and normal vision at the same daily intake.

Why we made it

Capsules are not for everyone, and a supplement nobody takes does nothing. The liquid exists so the reason for skipping omega-3 stops being the format.

04How to take it

Directions: One teaspoon (5 ml) daily, with or just after a meal. Shake before pouring.
Storage: Cool and dry before opening. Once opened, keep it in the fridge and finish within 90 days.
Caution: A food supplement, not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of small children. Speak to your doctor first if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking prescribed medication.

05What we test for

Every batch goes to an independent laboratory before it is released, and the report is published rather than summarised. These are the three screens it covers.

Heavy metals: Lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic, screened against the strictest published limits.
Purity: Contaminants, residues and microbiology, on the finished batch rather than the raw material.
Potency: That what the label claims is what the capsule holds, verified after production.
