Protein powder is where the industry hides things — gums, fillers, cheap amino spiking. A four-ingredient list is not a marketing line; it is what makes the third-party test result readable.

04How to take it

Directions: One scoop in 250–300 ml of water or milk. After training, or any time the day is short on protein.
Storage: Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed once opened.
Caution: A food supplement, not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of small children. Speak to your doctor first if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking prescribed medication.

05What we test for

Every batch goes to an independent laboratory before it is released, and the report is published rather than summarised. These are the three screens it covers.

Heavy metals: Lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic, screened against the strictest published limits.
Purity: Contaminants, residues and microbiology, on the finished batch rather than the raw material.
Potency: That what the label claims is what the capsule holds, verified after production.

Concentrate. Isolate is more processed and strips out fractions that were doing no harm. Unless you are strictly avoiding lactose, concentrate is the better protein.
