Directions: One scoop (10 g) daily, stirred into coffee, tea, water or a smoothie. Hot or cold both work.
Storage: Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed once opened.
Caution: A food supplement, not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of small children. Speak to your doctor first if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking prescribed medication.
