Why we made it

Magnesium oxide is the form most supplements use because it is cheap and looks impressive on a label. Very little of it is absorbed. Three organic forms cost more and behave better.

04How to take it

Directions: Three capsules daily, ideally in the evening. Magnesium is easier on the stomach taken with food.
Storage: Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed once opened.
Caution: A food supplement, not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of reach of small children. Speak to your doctor first if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking prescribed medication.

Magnesium citrate, magnesium malate, magnesium bisglycinate, zinc citrate, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), pyridoxine hydrochloride.

Heavy metals: Lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic, screened against the strictest published limits.
Purity: Contaminants, residues and microbiology, on the finished batch rather than the raw material.
Potency: That what the label claims is what the capsule holds, verified after production.
